Yes, we can! We are certified to officiate weddings. We can even notarize your marriage license.
These are best for elopements, simple ceremonies, and non-denominational weddings, but we are always willing to help you to get married anywhere you’d like: in the park, at home, on the beach, in a forest preserve, even a public library!
We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and believe that everyone has the right to marry their forever person.

Great question! We service the state of Illinois. We are local to the south suburbs of Chicago and can travel to you anywhere in the state of Illinois, for a fee, of course.
Fees & Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Zelle, electronic transfer, or approved invoicing.
Appointment Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled after documents have been printed or after the notary public has departed for the appointment location, applicable print and travel fees remain due.
Late Appointments: If the appointment is delayed more than 15 minutes without notice, the client may incur additional wait-time charges.
Appointment Deposit Policy: Travel fees are collected at the time of booking and are non-refundable once travel has begun.
Appointments requested outside standard business hours (Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-12pm) may incur an emergency convenience fee.
Completed signing appointments are billable regardless of loan funding status.
Certain services may require identity verification before notarization can proceed.

A non-refundable travel deposit is required for mobile appointments.
Travel fees are collected at the time of booking and are non-refundable once travel has begun.

In Illinois, notary fees are regulated, but travel fees may apply according to the following:

minimum travel fee
toll responsibility
parking reimbursement
after-hours surcharge
Mobile travel fees are quoted separately from notarization fees and must be agreed upon prior to appointment confirmation.
