Illinois Notary Fee Schedule
Compliance Statement
Our notarial fees do not exceed the maximum amounts permitted under Illinois law.
$10 per page for the translation of a non-English language into English where such translations are required for immigration forms.
Statutory Notarial Fees
In accordance with the Illinois Notary Public Act, these fees reflect the maximum allowable fees for notarial services.
Mobile & Convenience Service Fees
For your convenience, we offer mobile appointments and extended-hour scheduling

Travel Disclosure
Travel-related charges are separate from Illinois statutory notarial fees and are disclosed prior to appointment confirmation.

Payment & Service Policies
Certain services may require identity verification before notarization can proceed.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Zelle, electronic transfer, or approved invoicing.
Appointment Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled after documents have been printed or after the notary has departed for the appointment location, applicable print and travel fees remain due.
Late Appointments: If the appointment is delayed more than 15 minutes without notice, the client may incur additional wait-time charges.
Appointment Deposit Policy: Travel fees are collected at the time of booking and are non-refundable once travel has begun.
Appointments requested outside standard business hours (Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-12pm) may incur an emergency convenience fee.
Completed signing appointments are billable regardless of loan funding status.
